1) Water Supply :

Transportation of portable water is one of the major problems faced by community in 21st century.HASTI,the largest manufacturer of HDPE pipes in the country devotes maximum of its production capacity in manufacturing of HDPE pipes used in transportation of portable water.In a span of three decades HASTI has supplied and installed more than 2,00,000 kms.of HASTI HDPE pipes for transportation of water to cater the needs of thirsty millions.

2) Chemical & Edible Transport :

Hasti HDPE pipes being chemically inert,offer total solution in handling corrosive chemical medium.The piping system can be designed up to 45°C with with operating pressure up to 6 kg/cm² using right grade of raw material for higher life expectancy.Acids/alkalis diluted or concentrated sulphuric acid,phosphoric acid,hydrochloric acid,fluric acid,aromatic acid,caustic soda,conveyance (pH 0 to 14)demands use ofHDPE pipelines.Edible oils,juices,pulp,salts,alcohol/beer conveyance piping system are few more applications.HASTI has executed inplant piping projects on turnkey basis for transportation of above chemicals in petrochemical,fertilizers & other chemical plants.

3) Effluent Collection & Disposal System :

Hasti HDPE pipes being resilient in nature offers low wear of the inside surface resulting in increases in life span of the piping system while transporting abrasive slurries.It has been observed that under identical working conditions HDPE pipes have given 4-5 times longer life than conventional material.Hasti HDPE have proven their suitability for hydro transport of solids like iron/tin ore slurry,iron ore tailing slurry,coal slurry,cement slurry,fly ash and boiler ash as slurry.The conveyance of mud water/sand slurry of dredging can also be performed effectively through Hasti HDPE pipes.
